The noise levels are unbearable at night!!! Room amenities need maintenance – such as the non-working hot tub and faulty TV!!! The cleanliness of the pool is alarming!!!

Nice staff, but needs improvement
We stayed for a night, and while the staff were super nice, our room was a letdown. The bed was rough and gave my wife a terrible neck ache. Plus, the wifi was almost non-existent. On a brighter note, the breakfast buffet was really good, so at least we had that.

The room was pretty comfy, with a spacious layout and an awesome shower. The beds and pillows were soft, which was a win after a long day. No weird smells or stains, so that’s good. A/C was a bit noisy though, and I did hear some loud guests early in the morning. Still, the overall vibe of the room was nice for the price.
